WHAT MATERIAL ARE THE PROPS MADE OF?

The material is called coroplast which is a corrugated plastic sheet. We like it because it's very lightweight, durable and waterproof.

ARE THEY SELF STANDING?

All of our prop frames are made to be self standing, and you have the option to purchase the stands for indoor use, lawn use, or neither.

CAN I PERSONALIZE THE DESIGN OF MY PROP?

All the Props in our collection can be personalized in color and wording, changes bigger than that are considered a custom design. Contact us with your requests and we'll let you know if it's doable. Please note that custom designs have an extra fee.

CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM SIZE PROP?

Most request can be done, but contact us with your specifications and we'll check if it's doable. The largest size it can be made in one piece is 4x8’, bigger than that would have to be in 2-3 pieces.

MY ORDER DIDN'T ARRIVE ON TIME, CAN I GET A REFUND?

We don’t issue refunds for delayed packages. We make sure to ship on time using the correct shipping method, but unfortunately once the packages leave our hands, we lose control over them and we have to rely on FEDEX/UPS staff.

For rush orders, please note that we can compromise to ship on specific date using an express shipping method, but we cannot guarantee that it will deliver on time as we have no control over FEDEX/UPS processes.

We strongly recommend to order as early as possible.
